M3U Editor

Open your M3U or M3U8 playlist right in the browser — delete dead channels, rename entries, fix tvg-id and logos, reorder groups — and get back one clean, permanent M3U URL. No app to install, no files to download and re-upload.

Edit an M3U playlist — live

A real M3U/Xtream playlist loaded in the browser. Toggle channels and groups, rename entries, swap a logo, switch between failover and multi-provider mode. Changes are live.

Everything an M3U file editor should do

Raw M3U playlists are plain text with thousands of #EXTINF lines. Edit them visually instead of in a text editor.

Delete channels & groups

Strip out dead, duplicate or unwanted entries so your playlist is small and fast.

Rename entries

Fix ugly provider names inline — what shows in your app is what you typed.

Fix tvg-logo & tvg-id

Set the right logo and guide ID per channel so apps display them correctly.

Reorder & group

Drag channels and group-title categories into the order you actually use.

Export m3u_plus or TS

Serve standard m3u_plus / ts output that any player understands.

One permanent URL

Your edited M3U lives at a link that never changes — set it in your app once.

How to edit an M3U playlist online

  1. Add your playlist. Paste your M3U / M3U8 URL (or Xtream Codes login). iptv.domains parses every #EXTINF entry for you.
  2. Edit visually. Browse by group, delete what you don't watch, rename channels, and fix logos — no scrolling through raw text.
  3. Map the guide (optional). Use the EPG editor to auto-match tvg-id so your TV guide actually lines up.
  4. Use one permanent URL. Point any player at your iptv.domains M3U link. Edit anytime; the URL stays the same.

Why not just edit the .m3u file in a text editor?

You can — but it's painful and fragile. A provider M3U can hold hundreds of thousands of lines; finding and deleting entries by hand is slow, and one stray character breaks the whole file. Worse, the moment your provider updates the playlist your hand-edits are gone and you start over.

An online M3U editor solves both problems: you edit a friendly visual list, and your changes are stored as rules on top of the live feed. When the provider adds or removes channels, your deletions, renames and logos persist — and your player keeps pulling everything from one permanent URL that never changes.

Frequently asked questions

What is an M3U editor?

An M3U editor lets you open the contents of an .m3u / .m3u8 playlist — the #EXTINF lines, channel names, tvg-id, tvg-logo and group-title tags — and change them. iptv.domains does this online: you load your playlist once, edit it visually, and it serves a clean version from a permanent URL.

Can I edit an M3U file without downloading it?

Yes. That's the whole point of an online editor. You add your provider by M3U URL (or Xtream login), edit channels in the browser, and your player pulls the edited result from your permanent iptv.domains link. You never download, hand-edit, or re-upload a raw .m3u file.

Does it support m3u_plus and M3U8?

Yes. Output is standard m3u_plus with full tvg-id, tvg-logo and group-title tags, and you can request ts or m3u8 output. It works in TiViMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC and any standard player.

Can I fix tvg-id and channel logos?

Yes. Rename any channel, paste a new logo URL (or pick from a built-in library), and — for the TV guide — auto-match or hand-fix the tvg-id mapping in the companion EPG editor.

Will my M3U edits survive when the provider updates?

Yes. Edits are stored against the channels, not the raw file. When your provider changes the playlist, your deletions, renames and logos stay — new channels just arrive disabled for review.
