An update on the reseller (user-management) accounts

I wanted to let you all know where the project stands at the moment rather than put out another polished notice, because I'd rather you just heard it from me straight.

The reseller (user-management) accounts still aren't ready. I've been working on them for months now, and I know the wait has worn thin for some of you - that's fair, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise or hand you another date I can't keep.

The honest reason is that my real-life work schedule has been taking up far more of my time lately, and it's left me with a lot less to put into this than I used to have. But I want to be clear about one thing: it isn't cancelled and it isn't abandoned. I'm still working on it. I just won't pretend it's right around the corner - it's steady background work now, and realistically could be a few more months rather than weeks away.

In the meantime, your current account is fully supported. If anything isn't working, or you need a hand with anything at all, just reach out - I'll get it looked at and sorted for you. That side of the service is solid and isn't going anywhere, and I'll keep improving the platform and shipping updates whenever I can find the time.

And if the wait is a dealbreaker for you, I understand completely - genuinely, no hard feelings. But for as long as you're here, you're looked after. It honestly doesn't matter to me whether you pay, you're on a trial, or you're one of the people I handed free lifetime access to - every one of you is equal to me, and that isn't going to change.

The last thing I want to say, and I really do mean it: thank you to everyone who has sent me ideas, feedback and suggestions. So much of what this platform is exists because one of you took the time to speak up - any single suggestion can turn into something that ends up helping everybody, and this honestly wouldn't be what it is without you. When the reseller accounts do land, I won't forget the people who helped shape them.
